How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. Receive return shipping label and instructions
  4. Ship item back in original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving item

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
